Two-factor security

We are committed to securing you and your data as a customer. That's why we now offer a two-factor security solution so you can turn up the security.

Two-factor security provides a more secure login process because you have to provide two kinds of information when you (or anyone else) tries to log in. We recommend that all account users enable two-factor security.

How to enable two-factor security

When you log in to inMobile, you will see the following:

Press YES THANK YOU if you want to increase your security. Then you need to retrieve the code that you will use to log in. You can do this in two different ways. You can either:

  • Using an authentication app
  • Using an SMS

If, for some reason, you don't see the login pop-up, you can also do it from your inMobile administrator. Click "Account name" and then click "Users".

Problems logging in?

If you have any problems logging in, you are always more than welcome to call support on + 45 88 33 66 99. Likewise, if you have lost the device on which the two-factor security is activated or if you suspect that someone else has broken into your account.

‍Switchingmobile device

Ifyou're planning to get a new phone,you can change the device you use to two-factor security. However, remember to disable two-factor security first before enabling it on the new one.
