Subscribe and unsubscribe via SMS
You can set up subscriptions and unsubscriptions via SMS workflows.
To set up subscription and unsubscription via SMS, you need a keyword. If you have already created a keyword, you can set up subscription and unsubscription via SMS under "SMS workflows".
How to set up SMS subscription

Go to "SMS workflows" and click "New setup".

Then click "Add a list via SMS" and select the keyword. Click "Next" until you get to Settings.

Tap "Create list" and give the list a name.

Add a return text message if necessary.

Click "Create subscription".

How to Set Up SMS Unsubscription

Go to "SMS workflows" and "Create setup".

Click "Unsubscribe from a list via SMS" and select a keyword or virtual number.

Choose to use a sub-keyword and enter e.g. "STOP" as the sub-keyword.

Tap on "Next".

Choose whether to unsubscribe the user from one, multiple or all lists and whether to blacklist the user.

Write a return text message to the user who unsubscribes.

Click "Create unsubscription".
