Synchronise dynamic lists and segments
Use your data in Klaviyo to send SMS in inMobile. With an integration between Klaviyo and inMobile, your lists and segments continuously synchronise between the two systems. It gives you a simple way to target your SMS messages without having to move data manually.
When a contact is added or removed from a segment in Klaviyo, the change is automatically synchronised to inMobile - and vice versa. Clicks on SMS links are registered as events in Klaviyo and unsubscribes are automatically recorded across channels, so you maintain a full overview of performance and ensure your customers' preferences are up to date.
For example, build segments based on:
- Behaviour and interest
- Buying behaviour
- Warehouse related behaviour
- Relationship and loyalty.

Automated flows with email and SMS

How inMobile & Klaviyo work together
There are two ways to connect inMobile and Klaviyo. The direct integration continuously synchronises selected lists and segments between Klaviyo and inMobile so you can send targeted SMS campaigns.
The second method is to insert SMS into your Klaviyo flows via a webhook. This is ideal when email and SMS need to run in the same automation. Regardless of the method, clicks and cancellations are registered as events in Klaviyo so you can stay on top of things.

Make a good first impression
A welcome message sets the tone for the customer relationship. Create a welcome flow with an SMS sent shortly after signing up. Welcome the customer warmly and confirm the subscription to your SMS list
The message can be sent automatically when a new contact is added to your list. You can do this via a flow in inMobile or with a webhook in Klaviyo's flow builder - whichever best suits your setup.
Use the welcome message to give the recipient something special: a unique discount code, important information or an event invitation. This creates a great onboarding experience.
Lost basket and retargeting
Use behavioural data from Klaviyo to activate interested customers. For example, those who have abandoned items in their basket or have interacted frequently with your business but without a final purchase.
With the integration between Klaviyo and inMobile, you can use that behavioural data to target your audiences precisely and send a relevant SMS at the moment of highest interest. A simple incentive like free shipping or a small gift with purchase is often enough to get the recipient activated.
Build your hot segments in Klaviyo. They are automatically synchronised to inMobile where you can send SMS campaigns to them. If you want the messages to run automatically, you can insert SMS in Klaviyo's flow builder instead.
