What are Conversations?

With Conversations, you can communicate 1-way and 2-way with one or more mobile users. It works like the inbox in most email programmes and gives you a quick overview.

Brand the company as sender

The sender name can either consist of numbers, letters, or both. An alphanumeric sender name promotes your brand and makes it clear to the recipient who is sending the SMS message.

The alphanumeric sender name can only be used for 1-way communication while a virtual phone number opens up 2-way communication.

Insert name in the SMS message

Personalise the SMS message by letting the system insert mobile users' names automatically. This means that inMobile can match name and number as long as the mobile user's name appears on a list in inMobile.

Repeat a broadcast

You can create a repeat broadcast if you need to send the same SMS message at a fixed interval, such as once every two weeks.

You decide the time interval between each SMS message and you don't have to send the SMS message manually every time.

Schedule your broadcast

By scheduling your broadcast, you can write the SMS messages at your convenience and let the system handle the broadcast at the scheduled time.
