Unsubscribe via SMS

You set up SMS unsubscribe in the following way:

1. Go to "SMS workflows" and "Create setup".
2. Click "Unsubscribe from a list via SMS" and select the keyword or virtual number you want to use.
3. Choose to use a sub-keyword and enter e.g. "STOP" as the sub-keyword.
4. Click "Next".
5. Choose whether to unsubscribe the user from one, multiple or all lists and whether to blacklist the user.
6. Write a return text message to the user who unsubscribes.
7. Click "Create unsubscription".
