Templates and standard texts
Standard texts are really useful if you often send SMS messages where the basic template is the same.
This means you don't have to enter the same message every time and can instead just insert your name or other small variable texts.
How to create standard texts
- Click "SMS Templates" in the menu.
- Click the "Create new SMS template" button.
- Next, choose whether your template should be used for inMobile or via the API or HubSpot.
- You now have the option to set a title for internal use.
- Type "Sender name" + "Message text".
- Click on the "Create SMS template" button.
