Make your SMS more personalised
Personalise your SMS messages by including relevant information about or to your recipients. For example, name or booking time.
When sending SMS messages in inMobile, you have the option to include personal data such as name, phone number, email and postcode. All it requires is that you have collected this information on your recipients.
How to personalise your SMS

Go to Campaigns
Log in to your inMobile account and click on "Campaigns" in the menu on the left. -
Create new campaign
Click on "Create new campaign". -
Select recipients
Select who you want to send your message to. Click on "Next". -
Write your message
When writing your message, you can click on "Merge data fields". Here you can choose from different data fields such as first name, mobile number and postcode etc. You can also define which data to insert with the optional fields.
When you select a data field, inMobile automatically inserts a shortcode in the text, e.g. [NAME], and replaces it with the data associated with the individual contact in the specific field. -
Continue the campaign
Once your message is ready, you can continue creating it and preview how it will look to the recipient.
