How the sender name works

When you create a new campaign you will see the "Sender name" field.

The sender name allows you to brand your company name directly in the recipient's inbox.

ATTENTION:

Alphanumeric sender name (Letters and numbers): Max. 11 characters.

Numeric sender name (Numbers only): Max 15 characters.
