The pilot project at Region Midtjylland clearly shows that SMS reminders can reduce the number of no-shows. This applies to medical clinics, hair salons, physiotherapists, hospitals, and more.

Region Midtjylland has seen a significant decrease in no-shows after implementing SMS reminders. As many as 34% fewer people miss their appointments.
