Create an SMS automation

With SMS automation, you can create a flow of SMS messages that are automatically sent to selected contact lists.

With SMS automation, it is possible to schedule a flow of SMS messages with predefined content. An SMS automation is connected to a list in inMobile and is therefore initiated when a contact is added to the associated list.

Note that mobile users who are already in the selected list will also receive the SMS messages based on the time of creation. If you don't want this, we recommend creating a new empty list that you can link to your SMS automation.

How to set up an SMS automation

  1. Click on the menu item "SMS automation".
  2. Click on "Create new SMS automation".
