How Rito.dk uses SMS

Rito.dk uses SMS from inMobile as a direct marketing channel. Here they send out SMS messages to existing customers with special offers.

Rito.dk also uses inMobile to increase conversions through Abandoned Cart SMS. The Abandoned Cart SMS feature allows you to convert "abandoned carts" into customers - completely automatically. A customer leaves a full cart without completing the purchase. With the customer's prior consent to receive marketing messages, an SMS reminder of the "forgotten cart" is automatically sent. A link in the SMS message takes the customer back to the cart where all the information entered is stored.

"At Rito.dk, we successfully use abandoned SMS to convert carts into customers. SMS generally has a much higher open rate than email, but at the same time we also experience a significantly higher CTR. Our ROAS is 4146%. This means that we get £41.46 in revenue every time we spend £1 on abandoned SMSes."
