How does SMS Automation work?

With the SMS Automation feature in inMobile, you can create the automation flows that make sense for your business and your customers with just a few clicks. So it's entirely up to you how you want your automation flows to be set up.

You can set up rules for when a mobile number should receive a text message after it has been added to a list. This way you can create a setup that sends an SMS to the mobile user right after the person is added to the list and/or after x number of days.

1. Log in to inMobile and select "Send SMS" in the menu. Then select "SMS Automation" from the dropdown menu.
2. Now click "Create new SMS Automation"
3. Select or create list
4. Write and schedule text messages

Then you're ready to activate your automation flow.
