How to use list exclusion
Do you need to exclude selected contacts from your SMS broadcasts? In inMobile it is possible to exclude lists from broadcasts.
Using the List exclusion feature, you can now ensure that only the recipients you want are delivered your SMS message. Easily exclude lists of contacts that should not receive your SMS.
In inMobile it is possible to send an SMS to one or more selected lists. Conversely, it is also possible to select one or more lists to exclude from an SMS broadcast.
Below we go through how the feature can be used.
How to use list exclusion
- Go to the "Campaigns" menu item.
- Create a new broadcast.
- Select the lists you want to send your SMS message to.
- Now select the list(s) of contacts you don't want your SMS message to be sent to.
- Proceed as you normally create a campaign.
