How Aarsleff uses SMS

Aarsleff uses SMS to send important operational messages. These can be messages about outages or scheduled service windows sent to affected employees. This saves the IT department unnecessary calls from employees in the event of a breakdown, allowing them to concentrate on fixing the problem.

It allows them to quickly notify the right people and ensure that shared messages reach the right people immediately. Whereas email was used previously (and, in some cases, even phone calls) SMS proved to be the ideal channel.

"inMobile has become an important communication tool for us. We use it for warnings about suspicious emails in circulation, network issues at one or more locations, access to email or servers, to name a few examples. We can react quickly and within minutes the affected employees are notified."

Steen Guldborg, IT Manager, Aarsleff
