Create automatic response options
When you create a poll or competition, chances are your recipients will respond with a spelling mistake.
By default, these answers will not be counted, but you can set up inMobile to automatically create alternative answer options if they do not exist. This way you won't miss the answers, even if there are spelling mistakes.
How to set up automatic answer options
- Go to the menu item "SMS workflows".
- Create a new setup or edit an existing one and select "Polls & Contests".
- Select the keyword and click the "Choose" button.
- Select the settings for the keyword and click "Next".
- Select "Automatically create mobile user's vote as a voting option" and click "Next".
- Fill in the remaining information and create your competition using the button below.
