When sending out SMS campaigns in inMobile, we recommend that you add link tracking to your campaigns to gain performance insights that can inform the planning and execution of future campaigns.
By creating a CNAME in the DNS setup, the tracking link is created on a subdomain. This ensures both control of data and increased credibility with your customers. inMobile automatically shortens the original link, limiting the number of characters after the domain to a maximum of 9 characters. By adding UTM parameters, data can also be read in Google Analytics.

Custom sender name
Define the sender name in your SMS messages. For example, use your company's name so that it's the first thing the recipient sees. If you use a text sender instead of a phone number, the SMS message cannot be answered. If you need 2-way communication, use a virtual phone number instead.

Merge data automatically
If you add unique information to your list, this can be automatically included in your SMS messages.
If you register the mobile user's name, for example, you can personalise the SMS message by letting inMobile weave it into your message. inMobile matches the phone number and name in connection with the broadcast.
