Hvad er SMS-automation?
Med SMS-automation er det muligt at oprette flows med planlagte SMS-beskeder. Når en mobilbruger bliver tilføjet en liste med en tilknyttet SMS-automation, starter flowet. Du kan for eksempel byde nye kunder velkommen ved at oprette et automatisk velkomst-flow.

An SMS automation is always connected to a list of mobile users. If you do not want to send text messages to all mobile users in a list, you can add segmentation.
If your SMS automation is linked to a list that integrates with a webshop or a marketing tool, you can, for example, segment by latest order date. You can thus create a win-back flow and try to reactivate customers who have not shopped for a long time by, for example, sending a discount code.
Not too early. Not too late.
It is possible to define a sending window for your automation messages. For example, between 08:00 - 22:00. This way, you avoid sending messages at times that may annoy your recipients.
If a mobile user is registered in the list outside the sending window, he or she will receive your SMS message the next time it is at 08.00.
Build endless SMS flows
Each SMS message in your SMS automation is sent with a predefined delay. The flow is activated at the time the mobile user is added to the selected list. You can choose to send the SMS immediately or insert a delay e.g. 2 days after kl. 10.00.
There is no limit to the number of text messages in a flow, and all the separate flows you need can be created.
Personalize your text message by automatically merging data
When you make a broadcast, you can automatically have inMobile embed unique information associated with each mobile user in your list in the SMS message.
For example, if you have registered the mobile user's name in your list, you can let inMobile merge the name at the beginning of the SMS message and thus make the SMS message more personal. inMobile thus matches the telephone number and name in connection with the broadcast.
